On-site vaccinations for small groups

Small group vaccinations are now available through the Nacogdoches Fire Department. If you have a group of 10 or more that is in need of a COVID-19 vaccine, you can schedule a small group vaccination at your location of choice. To schedule please email needs@nactx.us or call 936-305-8488.

Homebound vaccination program

If you or someone you know is homebound and in need of a COVID-19 vaccination, they can email or call and schedule an at-home COVID-19 shot.  To schedule please email needs@nactx.us or call 936-305-8488.

Pfizer boosters are available at least 6 months after the second dose for the following population: 

  • 65+ years old
  • 18-64 years old at high risk of severe COVID-19
  • 18-64 years old whose frequent institutional/occupational exposure to SARS-CoV-2 puts them at high risk of serious complications of COVID-19 including severe COVID-19

Third doses of the Moderna vaccine are available to those with moderately to severely compromised immune systems.
